- Rough timeline if applicable But if you don't have all this organized, that's fine. We'll ask questions to fill in the gaps.

Either approach works. Some adult children want to gather information first before involving their parent. Others have the conversation with their parent present from the start. We're flexible. We can also have separate conversations with you and your parent if that feels right for your family dynamics.

No. The initial consultation is completely free. You only incur costs if you decide to move forward with selling your parent's home or other services.

We don't share details about your parent's situation, health, family dynamics, or financial situation with anyone without explicit permission. If we recommend other professionals (lawyers, financial planners, etc.), we'll ask your permission before sharing information or making referrals.
